Yash to star in Puri Jagannadh's next Jana Gana Mana?
KGF-star Yash to star in Puri Jagannadh's Jana Gana Mana that will be made in Kannada and Telugu simultaneously and will be dubbed in Hindi and Tamil
Bengaluru: KGF star Yash is in talks to finalise his next big project after KGF-2, say reports.
Accordingly, it is said that popular director Puri Jagannadh has almost convinced Yash to play the lead role in his next mega project Jana Gana Mana.
Jana Gana Mana will be shot simultaneously in Kannada and Telugu. It will then be dubbed in Hindi and Tamil.
Though official confirmation on the same is not available yet from Yash in this regard, reports claim that Jana Gana Mana will be Yash's next big project.
Telugu-based director had Puri Jagannadh was to make the movie in 2016 with Mahesh Babu in the lead. This was touted as the next big project of Mahesh Babu and Puri Jagannadh after the blockbuster movie Pokiri that changed Mahesh Babu's film career in 2007.
However, for reasons unknown, the movie did not progress further after the first look was released.
Now, there are talks that Jagannadh has finalised on Yash to play the lead role in Jana Gana Mana.
Yash, who is busy shooting for KGF-2, is yet to react on the same.
Puri Jagannadh is known for his movies such as Badri, Pokiri, Desamuduru, Temper among other films. He has also directed a Kannada film Appu, starring Puneeth Rajkumar, that was a blockbuster hit.
