However, the movie producer Gnanavel Raja lashed out at a Facebook handle that has claimed that it will live stream the film. Raja also criticised the Tamil Nadu Producer Council (TNPC) for not taking any action against the piracy menace.

In an audio launch function of Vijay Antony’s Yaman, Gnanavel said, “Singam 3 is releasing on February 9. A piracy website called Tamil Rockers run by a son of **** , pardon my language, has announced that he will live stream the movie at 11 a.m on the release date."

He added, "We are still unsure if we can clear all the financial hurdles and ensure the film releases as per the schedule, but that ‘dog’ is very confident that he will stream the film at the said time. And the industry is quiet and doing nothing about it, which includes me as well.”

Sadly, movies across industries have fallen prey to the wicked game of piracy, countless times. Recently, Tamil movie Bogan's pirated copy was shared on Facebook, which was viewed more than 2.5 lakh times on the first day.

This site had the audacity to post out this news on Facebook, “#Gnanavel Raja Nice speech, sir (sic) #MarkYourCalender February 9th is not your day our day.. #TamilRockers.”

But, the filmmakers said that they are taking all the measures to stop Tamil Rockers from pirating Singam 3.

Singam 3 will be one of Suriya’s biggest release as it is going to hit 2000 screens all over. S3, directed by Hari stars Anushka Shetty, Shruti Haasan and TV actor Thakur Anoop Singh. As per reports, S3 has already collected Rs 100 crore as part of theatrical and satellite rights.
