Heartbroken Nargis Fakhri leaves India for good over Uday Chopra
FollowActor-turned-producer Uday Chopra and Nargis Fakhri have been dating each other for quite a while now. But now the love saga seems to have bust.
According to a report published in DNA, the actress was missing from the promotions for Azhar and the buzz has been that Nargis completely lost interest mid-way and left India two days ago. She has flown to New York city, leaving behind completed films like Housefull 3 and Azhar and abandoning the shooting of Banjo incomplete.
The report also mentioned "The Azhar team was told that Nargis was suffering from an injury and couldn’t promote the movie. But a close friend of the actress says that she had a nervous breakdown and left for her home town of New York. The friend also claimed that Nargis was not in a state of mind to work and needed to get out of the country ASAP." Rumours in B-town indicated that Nargis was all set to announce her wedding with Uday, but he apparently changed his mind about their marriage at the last minute.
However, Nargis' spokesperson confirmed the news but added that she has left the country due to some medical reasons and not because of the alleged tiff. He also added that Nargis will be back soon.
There was a time when Uday made it known that he was keen on marrying Nargis, but she allegedly wanted to concentrate on her Bollywood and Hollywood career. Sadly now, the tables seem to have turned.
A source close to Nargis explains, “I don’t think she wants to return and will pursue some other career in the US.”
