FollowMalayalam superstars Manju Warrier and Jayasurya are all set to come together for Meri Aawaz Suno, the remake of Bengali hit film Konttho.
Tollywood hit directors Nandita Roy and Shiboprasad Mukherjee's film featured actors like Paoli Dam, Jaya Ahsan and Koneenica Banerjee. Shiboprasad Mukherjee also acted in the movie as a lead actor.
Shiboprasad Mukherjee shares his joy on it, he said, “It is gratifying to see our content resonating with the audience beyond the geographical boundaries and breaking the barriers of language. Konttho is extremely close to our hearts as the story is so emotionally binding and impactful, we are glad that the film has successfully created a mark and is now set to reach even a wider audience.”
Konttho was about an RJ Arjun Mallik played by Shiboprosad Mukherjee and his journey to hear his voice, once again, after a laryngectomy.
The poster of the film was released on February 13th by Manju Warrior and Jayasurya.
