KGF leaked online 5 days before release? Here is the truth
The executive producer of the movie Karthik Gowda has clarified that the film has not been leaked on Torrent
FollowBengaluru: There are rumours the most awaited movie of 2018, KGF has been leaked online on Monday. Sandalwood star Yash’s fans panicked and the news spread fast and wide. However, the executive producer of KGF has clarified that the movie has not been leaked and it was just a rumour.
The fans started panicking when a journalist tweeted that he is receiving messages that KGF has been leaked on Torrent and asked people to fail piracy.
"To this, KGF’s executive producer Karthik Gowda replied, "Tats a fake forward... We are fully equipped with anti Piracy tan working 24*7. Below s d helpline. Ppl can msg or mail this hepline when they find anything of this sort. They r 24*7 available (sic)."
KGF is made with a budget of Rs 80 crore under Hombale Films banner. It has been directed by Prashanth Neel of Ugramm fame.
The movie is being released in five languages - Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi.
The movie is all set for release on December 21. It stars Yash and Srinidhi Shetty in lead roles. Ramya Krishna and Nassar of Baahubali fame, Achyuta Kumar play major roles in the period movie that is set in the 1970s.
On December 21, the first part of the movie is being released as named by the crew as Chapter 1.
