Vaasthavam (2006)
The political thriller narrates a story of a Young man, played by Prithviraj who experiences a bumpy ride in politics. It was loosely based on the novel Enippadikal. Prithviraj rose to fame with this role and became the youngest recipient of the Kerala Stae Film Award for Best Actor at an age of 24.


 Indian Rupee (2011)

Written and directed by Ranjith Balakrishnan. Prithviraj played the role of Jayaprakash who tries to earn quick money through the route of real estate. He also co-produced this movie, one of his many talents. The movie went to receive the National Award for Best Feature Film and Kerala State Film Award.

Ayalum Njanum Thammil (2012)

This movie narrates a creative story about a senior doctor, and an irresponsible junior, played by Prithviraj. Prithviraj won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actor for his role in the movie.

Celluloid (2013)

The movie tells the story of  J C Daniel, the pioneer of Malayalam cinema. It's based on the book written by Chelangatt Gopalkrishnan. The movie won seven Kerala State Film Award including,  Best Film and Best Actor.

Kaaviya Thalaivan (2014)
The movie was a love story based on the life of legendary artists, KB Sundrambal and Kittapa. Prithviraj played the role of antagonist, and won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Villian.
