Family Star: Vijay Devarakonda, Mrunal Thakur starrer to release on 2024

The blockbuster hit film 'Geetha Govindam' team is gearing up for the release of their new film titled 'Family Star'. The movie is directed by Parasuram Petla. The movie has Vijay Devarakonda as the main lead.

The makers of the movie released a teaser announcing the title, which went viral on YouTube. The teaser hints that the film will be a mix of love and romance.

Vijay Devarakonda starrer Mrinal Thakur, who is known to the Telugu audience for the film Sita Ramam, will play the female lead. After the blockbuster Geetha Govindam, Family Star is also the second film where Vijay and Parashuram are teaming up. 

The film deals with a fresh and topical subject. The film is produced by Dil Raju and Sirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. Vasu Varma is the creative producer of the film. After blockbuster hits like Geetha Govindam and Sarkar Vaari Patta, expectations for the film, which reunites Vijay and Parasuram, have already been raised. 

The makers have announced that the release of the film, which is in the post-production stage, will be in 2024. The film is being made on a huge budget. KU Mohanan is the DOP of the film, and the music is composed by Gopi Sundar.
