A 21-year-old Delhi University student was attacked with acid near Lakshmibai College in northwest Delhi on Sunday morning. The accused, identified as her stalker Jitender, and two others threw the acid and fled.

Police in Indore arrested Aqueel Sheikh, who has a prior criminal record, for allegedly molesting and stalking two Australian women cricketers on October 23. The arrest came after a six-hour operation by the Crime Branch.
