Indian cricketers, be it current or former, never fail to amuse the cricketing fans of the nation. Some of the legendary cricketers continue to delight the fans in some manner or the other, be it related to cricket or another field.

Recently, credit card payment company CRED has been doing something unique during the continuing Indian Premier League season. During the initial phase of the tournament, it launched an ad featuring legendary former Indian batsman Rahul Dravid, where he is seen in a weird livid mood, something the fans have never seen.

Riding on the same concept, CRED has launched a new ad featuring some of the cricketers from the 90s. The new ad consists of Venkatesh Prasad, Javagal Srinath, Maninder Singh and Saba Karim, as they perform as a part of a music band Venkaboys, with Prasad leading the band.

We were the OGs, chasing big runs, beating the Aussies, bowling long spells in Sharjah ki garmie, we were the hotties, ask your phuphaji, who were the OGs, it was us,” the lyrics read.

All the involved cricketers shared the same on their social media handles.

Meanwhile, some of the fans reacted to it uniquely, including Indian opener and Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma, who wrote, "From listening to you coach me on the field, to now listening to you sing while I am on my way to the stadium. Venky bhai....it's been a journey." Here are some of the other reactions:
