Bengaluru: It is a known fact that India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja loves horses. The current 21-day lockdown due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has given a chance for Jadeja to spend a lot of time with his “favourites”.

The official Twitter handle of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) posted a short video on Tuesday (March 31) where Jadeja is seen riding a horse. The left-hander has horses at his farm house near Jamnagar, Gujarat.

The 31-year-old Jadeja too had posted a video where he is riding a horse. He captioned it, “My all time favourite.”

While several cricketers have been spreading the message of staying at home, Jadeja too is doing the same. He had written on Twitter, “Urging everyone to stay safe, follow the precautionary measures suggested by the health authorities and in this difficult moment let's support each other. #coronavirus #COVID19.”

Earlier, in an interview to BCCI’s website, Jadeja had said, “Once you start researching about horses, it’s not enough. It’s a whole different world out there. They are extremely loyal creatures.”
