Jagan compares Nandyal polls to Kurukshetra war warns Chandrababu Naidu

Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) Supremo and opposition leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in his campaign meeting for the Nandyal by-election came down heavily on the Andhra chief minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu.

Speaking to the vast gathering in Nandyal SPG Grounds, Jagan commented that Nandyal by-election is the beginning of the Kurukshetra war of 2019. He asked the people to vote judiciously by standing on the side of truth and justice.

Nandyal by-election is a war between justice and injustice and people would deliver judgement on Chandrababu’s 3 years rule. He asked the people not to fight but to just press the voting button in support of YSRCP on Election Day.

Jagan said that he has never seen a huge fuss ever in the Nandyal constituency. The whole brigade of Chandrababu, his son, cabinet and senior leaders is all seen on the streets of Nandyal. They also started issuing false promises to the people and all this is happening just because YSRCP decided to contest in the by-election.

Another point he raised in his speech was regarding defected MLAs lured by Chandrababu. “Is Chandrababu a CM or a thief? What should people call someone who backstabbed his father-in-law?” Jagan said. “And now he is backstabbing minorities, farmers, DWCRA women, Kapu community and AP people for the past three year,” he added.

Jagan said that Chandrababu government was involved in all sort of scams starting from sand to land scams. He is giving false promises to the employees and at the same time trying to force them to retire. He never cared for the minorities and now he is showing false concern towards the Muslims.

Prior to the meeting Jagan welcomed former TDP leader Silpa Chakrapani Reddy into the party and presented him a stole.
