Are we living under a monarchy ask YCP leaders

“Are we in a monarchy system of government? Is Chandrababu Naidu a king? Can’t we question the CM if he has done something wrong? Can’t we ask for punishment for wrong doers?” These are the doubts raised by YCP (Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party) leaders over the controversy of YCP supremo YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s words condemning AP CM and TDP (Telugu Desam Party) chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu.

Speaking to the media on Friday, YCP MLAs Anil Kumar Yadav and Koramutla Srinivas raised questions on the governing system of AP. Anil Kumar questioned if it is right to burn the effigies of opposition leader Jagan? And if these acts would negate all the wrongs.

He said YCP would keep on questioning the ruling government until the government had implemented all of its promises to the people.

YCP MLA Koramutla Srinivas talking to the media said that Chandrababu started to taste the fear of defeat and is reacting to Jagan’s every word. How can someone’s effigies be burnt just for questioning about implementation of welfare schemes?

He asked Chandrababu to remember every word he spoke about Jagan Mohan in the Assembly. TDP would face defeat in Nandyal, he concluded.
