Andhra Pradesh TDP leader lawyer busted for fraud land grabbing

Andhra Pradesh Telugu Desam MLC Deepak Reddy and his partner in crime lawyer B. Sailesh Saxena’s game plan came to the fore before the High Court. They created bogus people and in their names filed cases in courts saying that the lands was theirs. However, the High Court now clearly stated that the land holders should come to the court. The deceitfulness of Deepak Reddy was exposed. The court found out that the petitioners did not exist and so it dismissed all the cases filed by Saxena. Saxena’s father also played an important role in this plan.

The court began to suspect  the cases filed by Deepak Reddy and Saxena. In this regard it ordered the petitioners who claimed themselves as owners to personally come to the court. But none of them turned up. The court dismissed the non-existent 14 petitions. It ordered the registrar (judicial) Venkateswara Reddy to lodge a police complaint against Saxena. The court also ordered him to look into the matter of the disappearance of the files. Even if it’s the work of the High Court employees the matter must be investigated and necessary action should be taken. In this regard, High Court judge Justice A. Ramalingeswara Rao gave orders on Tuesday.

The government had allotted some land near Gudimalkapur and Bhojagutta in Hyderabad to Ayodhyanagar Mutual Aided Co-operative Society Limited. In this regard a GO was passed in 2008.

Deepak Reddy and Saxena eyed these lands and wanted to buy them as their own. They created documents saying that this land belonged to Justice Sardar Ali Khan and his inheritors Iqbal Islam Khan, Nazimuddin Islam Khan, Habid Islam Khan and Shakeel Islam Khan. They caught hold of Sivabhushanam and christened him as Iqbal Islam Khan. After which they filed a case in the land encroachment prevention court related to lands. They brought Bashir to act as Shakeel Islam Khan. They filed different petitions in 2008, 2009 and 2012 in High Court saying that the Bhojagutta land is theirs.

Deepak Reddy through another person filed a case in 2014 stating that the land given to the Ayodhya Society was sold to them by Shakeel. The representatives of Ayodhyanagar Society reported to the court these matters. They requested the court to order the petitioner Iqbal to be presented in the court with his aadhar card. The judge accepted this request and ordered Shakeel, Nazimuddin, Habid, Iftekar and others to be present in court.

The deceit was exposed.
