PM Modi to lead rallies in Purulia & Contai on March 18, 20

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address two public meetings in West Bengal on March 18 and 20. 

According to sources, Narendra Modi will address a rally in Purulia on March 18 and another in Contai in East Medinipur district on March 20.

Nine Assembly seats in Purulia district and two seats in the Contai area will go to the polls in the first phase on March 27. 

The BJP is trying to strengthen its positions in these areas before the polls.

On March 20, Modi will address the meeting in Contai, which is the hometown of BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari. 

West Bengal Assembly elections will be held in eight phases starting from March 27. The results will be announced on May 2.
