Despite being the quietest creature, the tortoise won the race opposite the most active animal in the story. Nonetheless, a recent video that emerged on Instagram has blown the mind of netizens. Yes, the 10-second video shows a collection of tortoises running in the yard at high speed. Several users also believed that the poor animals were drugged. However, the video uploader said it was not an 'original piece'; instead, it was an 'artistic piece'.
