Not once did the aerobics instructor identified as Khing Hnin Wai stop her routine to check what was happening around her.
The video, which Wai posted on her Facebook page, showed the convoy of vehicles driving up to the security checkpoint ahead of the Assembly of the Union complex in Myanmar's capital Naypyidaw.
The video has since gone viral.
The 26-year-old physical education teacher said she was oblivious of a coup happening when she was recording her video.
When some questioned the timing of her video, Wai posted videos of her classes at the same venue.
