A street vendor can be seen taking six doughs and rolling out in the video, making it into a long paratha.
He then puts it on the tawa, breaks ten eggs and cooks it for a while.
On the cooked paratha, he applies tandoori mayo, then stuffs chicken and mutton seekh, sirka pyaaz and then tops off with some sauces, chutneys and spicy masalas.
