  • Minister for IT and son of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Kalvakuntala Taraka Ramarao who will celebrate his birthday on July 24.
  • He had a special request for his friends and supporters.
  • He asked them to plant trees instead of holding celebrations.
  • Now, the citizens of Hyderabad have now asked KRT to also request TRS volunteers to feel the potholes in the city on his birthday.

Social media is not only a platform for comments and critic m, but now it is also place for political leaders to reach out to the masses. In Telangana, with the new generation of leaders taking to social media to post their thoughts and information, the public also is now using this opportunity to reach out to the leaders.

Telangana State Minister for IT and son of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Kalvakuntala Taraka Ramarao who will celebrate his birthday on July 24 came out with a special request for his friends and party workers.

He asked them not to celebrate his birthday in the usual way and instead requested them to participate in the Harthaharam project of planting trees instead of sending bouquets, flexies, hoardings and adverts to wish him. His request was appreciated and applauded by the people.

Citizens soon had another suggestion, they requested KTR to call each party worker to fill up at least one pothole in Hyderabad city and make Hyderabad pothole free.

It is indeed a sorry sight to see the roads of Hyderabad full of potholes. The daily commuters face hell everyday while travelling on the roads of Hyderabad. With the onset of rains, the pain of travelling has only increased.

Though it remains to be seen, whether the request will be accepted or not. But if TRS workers did take the suggestion, it will make the lives of Hyderabad residents quite easy.
