The deceased has been identified as 32-year old Shaik Arshad Pasha who had committed suicide. His body was brought to the hospital late on Saturday night and was scheduled for examination the next day. When his relatives came to the hospital the next day, they found parts of the body bitten off by rodents.
In a horrifying incident, a dead body placed at the Jagtial district mortuary in Telangana was nibbled off by rodents. Patches of skin and muscle from the body of the deceased could be seen bitten off. Following this, the angered relatives of the deceased staged a protest outside the hospital, alleging negligence on the part of the hospital staff.
