KCRs visit to Anantapur created ripples in AP TDP

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s visit to Venkatapuram, Anantapur to attend TDP (Telugu Desam Party) MLA Paritala Sunitha’s son Paritala Sriram’s wedding on October 1 seems to have stirred up a hornet’s nest in Andhra Pradesh TDP.

KCR visit saw many dramatic situations with TDP leaders trying to vie in greeting KCR and taking selfies with him. TDP which was initially hesitant prior to KCR’s landing in Anantapur, were all agog to meet him once he landed.

Another interesting aspect was KCR’s tete-a-tete with MLC Payyavula Keshav. KCR specifically enquired about Keshav and personally spoke to him for 15 minutes away from all media and his followers. Information about the content of this personal talk didn’t come out but propaganda is that KCR requested Keshav to contest in the coming Greater Hyderabad elections from Kukatpally constituency.

Keshav didn’t share the topic of discussion with KCR but AP CM Chandrababu seems to be disgruntled with the attitude of the TDP men. While speaking in the TDP Council meeting on Tuesday, Chandrababu said, “Our people acted on impulse”. Chandrababu also exhibited his restlessness while speaking about KCR-Keshav’s tete-a-tete and warned the party leaders to rethink the necessity of such incidents.
