Excise Police to go to Bigg Boss to question Mumaith Khan

The infamous Hyderabad drug scandal had been rocking Tollywood for many days. After repeated questioning of the arrested drug peddlers and kingpins, the Enforcement Directorate had issued notices to 12 leading film personalities.

But the SIT officials could not serve notice to Mumaith Khan, whose name had come up in the ongoing drug investigation. She was neither found in her Mumbai or Hyderabad residences since she’s a participant in the Bigg Boss Telugu reality show. The investigators are contemplating to serve her notices on the sets of Bigg Boss.

As per the show rules, Mumaith Khan would be a participant of the show till she is evicted but she is to be present before the SIT officials on 20th of this month. So the officials are contemplating on going to Lonavala to investigate Mumaith.

According to experts of drug law, when minors or women were unable to come to the office for investigation, they could avail the opportunity of meeting the officials at their present address. This opportunity could be utilised by Mumaith and the Enforcement team could do nothing but to go to Pune to investigate her.
