Big smartphone launches to watch out for in September

Smartphones to watch out for in September

September is the month that will witness some of the biggest launches in the smartphone world. Here are a few expected launches: 

Xiaomi Mi Ai

Xiaomi has launched its first dual camera smartphone in India on 5 September. The Mi A1 comes with two major highlights. Firstly, it is the company's first smartphone with a rear dual camera and secondly it marks the re-entry of the Android One. Here's the first look. 

iPhone 8

The highly anticipated 'anniversary edition' iPhone will be launching tomorrow, September 12. It is believed that the company will be unveiling not one, but three phones . The iPhone 8 will be accompanied by the iPhone 7s, the iPhone 7s Plus. Further, reportedly, the devices will go on sale on 22 September. A lot is already been said and written about the device. Nokia 8

While Nokia 8 has been recently announced, it will be made available globally only in September. The Nokia 8 features a metal unibody design, dipped in polished blue and polished copper colours. It sports a 5.3-inch 2K IPS display and gets Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, it gets a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 6GB or 8GB RAM options. The 64GB onboard storage is further expandable up to 256GB. 

JioPhone

Reliance kickstarted the pre-booking of the JioPhone last month, and the device is said to be made available for users in September. However, reports claim that there will be a delay in the deliveries. Now. let's wait and watch how the phone fares once it reached users. 

Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, Note 3 and Notebook Pro
Xiaomi has announced the successor to the Mi Mix, the Mi Mix 2, with curved ceramic body and its 7000 series aluminium frame. It is thinner and lighter than the Mi Mix and features Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB of RAM, a 3,400mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. We also saw the company unveil the Note 3 with a 16MP front camera and high-performance professional laptop dubbed Mi Notebook Pro. 

Samsung Galaxy Note 8

Samsung had unveiled the highly anticipated Galaxy Note 8 last month, and is all set to bring it to the Indian audiences tomorrow 12, Septemmber. The same day that Apple plans to launch the iPhone 8. Know more about the Galaxy Note 8 here.

Vivo Y69 and V7+

The Vivo Y69, priced at Rs 14,990, was made available on 1 September via leading online stores Amazon and Flipkart, and also via offline stores. The device sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS (1280 x 720 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and the specs sheet also includes 3GB RAM, 32GB onboard storage, microSD card slot, 13MP rear snapper with support for a Live Photo feature and 16MP moonlight selfie camera.
