New Apple iPad launched coming to India in April

Coming to the India pricing and availability, the device will add a few thousands as it hits the Indian shores. The 32GB Wi-Fi model will cost ₹28,900 while the Wi-Fi and cellular model will be priced at ₹39,900. The other models in the portfolio are iPad mini 4 and iPad Pro models. However, it should be noted that the iPad Mini 4 starts at ₹34,900 for the 128GB model.

The device replaces the iPad Air 2, and has been upgraded with a brighter display and a faster A9 chip. Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing said, “New customers and anyone looking to upgrade will love this new iPad for use at home, in school, and for work, with its gorgeous Retina display, our powerful A9 chip, and access to the more than 1.3 million apps designed specifically for it.”

 

Besides, Apple has released new Special Edition Red iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus models. Both models dipped in red will be available for purchase starting 24 March worldwide and the list includes 40 nations. Yes, India also makes it to the list, but the device is expected to hit Indian stores by next month. You can choose between 128GB and 256GB models. And yes, they will dig a deep hole in your pockets with India prices starting at a whopping ₹82,000.
