JioFiber may bring 100GB data at Rs 500, Airtel offers 1000GB free data

JioFiber is likely to be launched by Diwali, according to a recent , and will offer 100GB data for Rs 500. If the report is to be believed that Jio's base price of Rs 500 for 100GB is almost half the price of what rivals are offering. It will also offer 100Mbps speed when launched.

Looks like to combat this yet to arrive offer from Jio, Airtel has announced 1000GB of free data for a year with its broadband plans.  Under the Airtel offer, users can choose from four plans that are priced at Rs 1099, Rs 1299, Rs 1499 and Rs 1799, and get 1000GB of extra data for one year. 

The JioFiber network will reportedly be rolled out in 10 cities, including all metros. For the Airtel offer, you can lookup if your region has this offer here
