Jio effect: Idea brings 70GB data, free calling minutes at Rs 396

Idea Cellular has announced the new Rs 396 pack that includes 3000 minutes of local and STD calls that can be made to other networks too. Idea-to-Idea local as well as STD calls of 300 minutes per day. After these free minutes, users will be charged 30 paise per minute.  

Besides, it offers users 70GB of data with an FUP of 1GB/day. The new Idea offer comes on the heels of the Vodafone Ramzan offers. A special plan priced at Rs 786, brings unlimited calls both local and STD, free 25GB 2G/3G data and unlimited incoming calls when on roaming. It is an extension of the Rs 346 plan and valid until 15 March. 

As special Ramzan offer, Vodafone is offering unlimited 3G valid for an hour at Rs 19. 3G users can activate the pack by dialling *444*19#. Vodafone is also offering Superday at Rs 19.

Vodafone's Superday plan allows unlimited local and STD calls, along with 100MB of data at just Rs 19 per day. However, you must own a 4G-enabled device. Those with non-4G handsets will get only 50MB data. Find out more here.
