iPhone 8 leaks yet again New details emerge

There is no dearth of leaks and rumours when it comes to the iPhone 8. The anniversary edition along with the iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus are slated for a release supposedly in September.

In terms of design, a leak from Giga.de claims that iPhone 7s will be slightly larger than the iPhone 7 in all respects. The bigger dimensions could possibly be an outcome to the glass back for the iPhone 7s.

While a lot is being said and written about the design and specs, the latest report claims that the iPhone 8 may be accompanied by a new wearable. A new slimmer smartwatch with faster processor and bigger battery. And, just like we’ve been hearing for some time, it could be the highly anticipated LTE built-in version.

It should be noted that after a string of rumours whether the device will come with OLED or not, there have been consistent leaks pointing towards the former. This has given rise to another question - if the device will feature a bezel-less design with a display taking over the front side, then will the fingerprint scanner come embedded within the OLED display or on the back side.

While some reports have been pointing that the fingerprint scanner will be embedded on the rear side, a Forbes report, citing BlueFin Research Partners report, claims that there is the possibility of Apple giving fingerprint scanner a miss. It has further added that Touch ID also could be disabled at launch and unlocked by a software update later.
