In an emergency this smartwatch will save your life

Priya Ranjan, the owner of EasyM2M Technologies Pvt. Ltd, once used to wonder about how he can save lives of people working in the mines who used to die due to industrial accidents. In order to provide prompt medical help, Priya Ranjan launched his own company EasyM2M Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and started building a smartwatch – SmartKavach.

The Smart Kavach not only can provide immediate medical help for the people working in the mines but also human beings who will be needing prompt medical attention in cases of cardiac arrest, accidents caused due to disability, epilepsy, Alzheimer’s and dementia.

SmartKavach are capable of transmitting live videos of road accident victims to the emergency doctors at the nearest hospitals. The signal can also be sent to the family members at the same time as well. This particular smartwatch also provides GPS for ambulances and routes through which they can reach the spot the earliest.

When doctors will not be able to visit the remote places, they can simply use the wearable camera to view the patients.

The best thing about SmartKavach is that it does not require a smartphone to work. Any camera phone with 2G/3G connectivity, WiFi and Bluetooth will work with this incredible invention. An SoS button also adds to its existing features which will allow the patients to talk to the doctors in case of emergency.

It is still in beta-trial stage and EasyM2M Technologies are working closely with Manipal Hospital currently.
