Huawei Honor 8 Pro launched in India: Specs, price, availability

The Huawei Honor 8 Pro, dipped in Navy blue and Midnight black, poses in a new design. The highlights are the 6GB RAM, 128GB storage and dual rear camera, but at a lower price compared to the OnePlus 5.
The Honor 8 pro sports a 5.7-inch QHD display with 1440 x 2560 pixels of resolution with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device runs Android 7.0 Nougat. Under the hood, it comes powered by HiSilicon Kirin 960 with four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and four Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.4GHz. It includes 6GB RAM.
On the camera front, it gets dual camera setup with two 12MP rear sensors and an 8MP front-facing camera. The 128GB onboard storage is further expandable up using a microSD card slot up to 128GB.
It comes with connectivity options such as 4G VoLTE connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, USB Type-C, and Bluetooth v4.2. Finally, a 4000mAh battery completes the package.
Priced at Rs 29,999, it is available exclusively via Amazon. The sale will begin on 13 July at 12AM and users can also avail of 15 percent cashback on HDFC cards. Amazon is also offering 45GB data for Vodafone users over five months.
