Huawei Honor 6A launched: Specs, price and availability

The Honor 6A sports dual SIM ability and runs EMUI 5.1 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. With a 5-inch HD display with 720 x 1290 pixels of resolution, the device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor.
There are two variants of the device - 2GB RAM and 16GB onboard storage and the second with 3GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage. The storage can be further expanded up to 128GB.
On the camera front, one will find 13-megapixel rear camera with support for PDAF, full-HD video recording, and dual-LED flash. It also gets a 5-megapixel front camera. The fingerprint scanner can unlock the device in mere 0.5 seconds.
The connectivity options include Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth (v4.1), GPS, GLONASS and 4G LTE support. The 3020mAh battery promises 12 hours of video playback or 57 hours of music playback.
The smartphone is launched in China, and just like its previous devices, it could soon make its way into the Indian market. Dipped in Gold, Silver, Blue, and Pink colours, the 2GB RAM + 16GB storage variant is priced at CNY 799 (roughly Rs 7,500) and the 3GB + 32GB variant at CNY 999 translating to approx Rs 9,400.
