BSNL's new plan offers unlimited data for 30 days
- BSNL is offering 30 days of unlimited data.
- Post the 30 days, users will be charged 3 paise per KB.
- But, you need to find out what is the flip side.
In the bid to combat Jio, BSNL has put out yet another offer. The new offer brings to users unlimited access to data for 30 days. The highlight is there is no FUP, which essentially means no daily limited or cap.
The unlimited data plan is something no other telco is offering right now in this price range. Most telcos offer 1GB cap per day on data usage. So, BSNL is offering 30 days of unlimited data at Rs 1099. Post the 30 days, users will be charged 3 paise per KB. On the flip side, it is disappointing to see the plan doesn't include free calls.
Recently, BSNL had announced its plan exclusive to the Kerala circle dubbed Onam special plan. The all-new BSNl plan priced at Rs 44 offers freebies for the first 30 days that include 500MB of data and talk time worth Rs 20. The calls to BSNl will cost 5 paise/minute and to other networks 10 paise/minute.
Post first month, call charges will be charged 1 paise/minute for BSNL to any network. In terms of data, BSNl will charge users 10 paise/MB, which means Rs 100 for 1GB data. It will also let you choose four local numbers wherein you will be charged 10 paise/minute to BSNl and 20 paise/minute to other networks. You can check all the plans here.Â
