Apple iphone 8 to have curved OLED display and wireless charging

The never-ending rumours surrounding iPhone 8 have now come up with some new revelations – iPhone 8 might be launched without a home button, curved OLED screen and wireless charging. These rumours were even doing the rounds of the tech market much before the launch of iPhone 7.

It seems that the tech giant Apple Inc. is likely to get rid of the LED screens which they are currently using. Rumours also suggest that the iPhone 8 will be able to click ultra-HD photos as well.

The speculations grew stronger after Apple have reportedly been stocking up OLED parts.

Apple have not introduced OLED displays in their phones unlike mobile giants like Samsung and others. This would bring the American tech giants at par with the rest of the companies.

OLED screens apparently reduce the thickness of the devices as well. This in turn reduces the weight of the device.

The home button will be embedded on the screen which will be paired with their signature fingerprint identifier.

The launch dates are yet to be confirmed by Apple but according to the rumours, iPhone 8 could set yet another benchmark for the tech giants. However, iPhone 8 is supposed to be launched late in 2017.
