10 Tech companies banned by SEBI from trading

Market regulator Sebi has been trying to curb shell companies. Shell companies are dubious, which are generally used for laundering funds illegally. According to a GadgetsNow report, Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has delisted 200 companies (we couldn't find the official websites for some of these) and also barred its promoters. Here are 10 companies from the list.

Teledata Informatics Ltd

Founded in 1994, the company's website claims to offer pre-sale services to choose the right type of telecom/ security system to suit their needs. 

Cauvery Software Engineering Systems Ltd

This company offers software development and consultancy services. It is said to have been incorporated in 1991.

AMI Computers

This is said to be a Kolkata-based company that has been delisted.

Dhanus Technologies

This is a Chennai-based IT company that was founded in 1993.

DSQ Software

This is yet another Chennai-based company. It was early known as Square D Software.

IOL Netcom

This is an IT company that was incorporated in 1985.

CSJ Tech

This company's website claims that its technical staff has been trained and certified to work on servers, PCs, and printers. be on-site, carry-in or phone support, they have technicians to handle it all.

Nexus Software

Nexus software has been delisted by the BSE.

European Software Alliance limited

European Software Alliance limited is a Kanpur-based company. And makes it to the list of companies banned.

Scintilla Software Technology Ltd

This is yet another Kanpur-based software company.
