A complaint has been lodged against actor Thadi Balaji by his wife. The case has been filed under four sections of the IPC including murder threat.
Thadi Balaji partakes in comedy role both in cinema and television programmes. He got married eight years ago, and it was a love marriage. They have a 6-year-old daughter named Boshika.
It was recently reported that there were a lot of conflicts and misunderstandings between them.
Enraged by this, a complaint was lodged by Nithya at the Madhavaram police station on May 23.
As the complaint was not taken notice of, she submitted a complaint with the police commissioner a few days ago. In the petition, she has stated that she has been ill-treated and assaulted by Balaji.
Following this, the case has been transferred to the Madhavaram police station.
A case has been filed against him under the “Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act’.
The accusations include the murder threat, serious attack and usage of abusive language.
