This mobile app will help you get latest updates on Kerala State School Kalolsavam, biggest festival of youths in Asia, which is being held in Kannur from January 16 to 22. The mobile app 'Kalolsavam 2017' will bring updates on everything ranging from schedule of events to live updates from the venue.
The app, compatible only with Android platform, was developed by Mobile App Development Centre of National Informatics Centre in Kannur in coordination with IT@School project under department of general education. Those who download this application will get details of event schedules, accomodation arrangements for participants, contact details of auhorities, parking facility and other essential information.
"The app was designed with the idea to provide a live update from the venue. All details available on the website of Kalolsavam will be available in the app as well. You will also find an image gallery," Kannur collector Mir Mohammed Ali said.
The application contains four categories, HS Arabic, HS General, HS Sanskrit and HSS General. There will be school-wise and district wise results, leader board updates and status and update of each event. The authorities are also planning to include live streaming in the application.
Kalolsavam 2017 is available on Google play store.
