In a rare incident, college students allegedly attacked their classmate and twisted her hand leading to fracture. The first year computer science student of St Theresa's College filed a complaint with the police that her fellow mates attacked her and broke her right hand.

Haizel Rajneesh, the first year BCA student, stated that her classmates Maria Leondra, Maria Shaji and Daisy James also punched her on her stomach. She has suffered a fracture on her right hand. 

In her complaint, Rajneesh has stated that Jose Mathew, a friend of Maria Shaji's brother Alvin used to message to her mobile. She had questioned this and it provoked the girls. "One of them punched me in my neck while another one pushed me on my abdomen. They also twisted my right hand resulting in fracture," Rajneesh said. 

Rajneesh also alleged that the girls also took a photo of her house and threatened to post it on Facebook. 

Police have registered a case against three girls and a boy and are probing into the issue.
