The Tehran attack is claimed to have been carried out by ISIS. The ISIS released a video showing Iranian authorities have confirmed that the attack on the parliament has ended and all terrorists have been eliminated.
Multiple reports have confirmed that at least 12 people have died in the terror attack claimed to have been carried out by the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist group. At least 30 people said to have been injured in the attack.

ISIS even released a video of the attack claiming responsibility for the two-pronged attack on Iranian parliament and at a mausoleum for Mausoleum of Ayatollah Khomeini in Tehran. There are also reports of at least two suicide bombings.
An Iranian state agency - Tasnim news reported that one guard and six others were killed in the shooting and suicide bombing at parliament. Four gunmen, muslimsat the same time reportedly carried out an assault at Khomenini's tomb. Several tourists were injured in the attack at the tomb.

ISIS, which is a Sunni group, considers Shia Muslims heretics and has responsible for several attacks on Shia mosques across the globe. However, this if confirmed, this would be the first time that ISIS has carried out an attack in Shia dominant Iran.
The terror attack in Iran has come at a time, when other Gulf countries are on a warpath to increase the isolation of Iran. Qatar, which has close ties with Iran, currently is facing an embargo that is bound to push the country into a food crisis.

Several people were reported injured on Wednesday after armed men burst into Tehran's parliament building and the mausoleum of revolutionary founder Ruhollah Khomeini,
state media said. One member of parliament told state broadcaster IRIB that there were three gunmen inside the parliamentary complex in central Tehran, armed with rifles and a pistol.
News agencies ISNA and Fars said three people had been shot, including at least one security guard.
"Three attackers inside #Iran 's Parliament; 2 injured so far; fire exchanges continue," the Tasnim news service said on its Twitter account.
"Reports said some people held hostage in #Iran 's parliament; fire exchanges going on," the Tasnim news service added. In a later tweet, the agency said: "Unconfirmed reports say seven people martyred in #Iran's parliament shooting spree/4 taken hostage."
An apparently coordinated attack took place at the mausoleum of Iranian revolutionary founder Ruhollah Khomeini, Fars reported. A suicide bomber detonated explosives at the tomb of Iranian revolutionary founder Ruhollah Khomeini in southern Tehran today, news agency ISNA reported.
The agency reported one person killed but it was unclear if that meant the suicide bomber. "A suicide bomber detonated himself at mausoleum of Imam #Khomeini in southern #Tehran," the Tasnim news said on Twitter.
The ILNA news agency said five people had been injured by shooting at the mausoleum.
IRIB and Fars said an armed man was inside the mausoleum in southern Tehran, around 20 kilometres from the parliament building, with reports of several injuries. Shiite Iran has been singled out as a target by Sunni jihadists, including the Islamic State group, but has largely escaped attacks within its urban centres.
