Bengaluru man wins $1 million lottery in Dubai, flies down to collect it

Farhaan Arman, who lives in Bengaluru won the ‘Millennium Millionaire’ ticket on April 11.
“This is one of the best things that ever happened to me. Thanks to Dubai Duty Free for my lucky win!” Arman told Emirates 24/7.
Arman said that many of his friends in Bengaluru were now into buying the tickets online.
"I am excited to be here today for such a wonderful occasion. Winning $1 million is an unforgettable experience which has changed our lives.
So many of my friends in Bangalore are now buying the Millennium Millionaire tickets online and some have even flown to Dubai so that they could buy here at the airport," he told Khaleej Times.
The Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire promotion was launched in June 1999 and to date, it has produced 239 winners.
There are a total of 114 Indians in the list of the Dubai Duty Free millionaires.
