The Mahindra XUV500 2021 is likely to be launched with an initial price tag of Rs 13 lakh. At the same time, its all-wheel drive diesel top-end automatic version may be priced around Rs 22 lakh.
FollowCountry's leading auto manufacturer Mahindra is about to launch its next generation XUV500 SUV soon. The upgraded model was recently spotted on the roads.
The video of the upcoming XUV500 2021 has been recorded and uploaded by Autotrend TV, a private YouTube channel. Despite the camouflage wrapping in the video, a glimpse of the upgraded variant of Mahindra's best-selling SUV can be seen. In this, the LED headlamps of the XUV500 2021 and the popular slatted grille can be seen.
According to reports, Mahindra is going to offer special door handles in this SUV. The car will have many premium features, which include panoramic sunroof and a dual touchscreen.
Spy shots revealed that in the XUV500 2021 the company will offer LED headlamps, LED tail lamps, new alloy wheels and roof rails with a new design. Other comfort features likely to be part of the XUV500 2021 package are connected car tech, a branded sound system, climate control, cruise control, powered front seats, and keyless entry with push-button start.
The company had showcased the new petrol and diesel engines at the Auto Expo 2020. The Mahindra XUV500 2021 is expected to get an updated 2.2 litre mHawk diesel engine and a new 2.0 liters turbo-charged mStallion petrol engine that will deliver 190HP with a torque of 380Nm. Both engines will come with 6-speed manual and automatic gearboxes. The company may also offer 4x4 drivetrain in it.
