Justice P D Rajan following a complaint that he threatened, hurled abuses and tried to slap a Circle Inspector for allegedly booking a case against a close relative of the Justice.

Justice Rajan is likely to face a probe by a three member committee appointed by the Supreme Court. This will be the first case in the history of Kerala High Court if the apex court orders a probe into the allegation.
