Female makeup artist alleges assault by production manager, case filed

FollowKerala police have registered a case against two persons and a few others in connection with the complaint filed by makeup artist Juli Julian. The makeup artist, working in the movie industry, had filed a complaint alleging physical assault.Â
Julian, 35, who hails from Kochi, filed a complaint and gave the statement against local production manager Nixon, Hroon, the owner of the hotel where she stayed during the shooting of a film and a few other persons whom the complainant said that she could identify.Â

The makeup artist had complained that she was physically assaulted by the accused on October 15 in a hotel in Kumily after a verbal spat with the hotel owner. Julian had earlier filed a complaint with the IG.Â
