The Crime Branch, probing the death of Mishel Shaji Varghese, the chartered accountancy student, is inquiring about two youngsters, who were spotted in CCTV visuals. The youth were found roaming in the area, as Mishel left St. Antony's Church, Kaloor, on March 5, a day before her body was found.

The Crime Brach officials said that they are not sure whether the youths had any role in her death, but is trying to identify them as part of the probe. The police too had inquired about the men and had stated that they were identified, but had no connection with the case. 

However, Crime Branch, which is now probing the case is of the opinion that they are not aware of the identity of the two. 

The Crime Branch officials have clarified that they are not sure about the involvement of youths in the case. But they are seeking help from the public to identify the youths. They have asked the public to contact them on following numbers.

The body of Mishel Shaji was found near the wharf in Wellington Island, and the police had arrested one of her distant relatives, Cronin Alexander Baby, 26, on charges of abetment of suicide. Though the case was later handed over to Crime Branch, they also stood by the statement of police that the girl might have committed suicide.
