Liberty Basheer knew about Kavya's role much earlier

Producer, distributor Liberty Basheer said he knew that Kavya Madhavan was 'madam' from the day Dileep got arrested. "Pulsar Suni revealed her name today. I had said this much earlier," he said. 

Basheer also said that he knew about Kavya's role in the case. The pieces of evidence submitted by the prosecution before the High Court was also linked to Kavya and this proves her role in the act, he said.

This might be a surprise or news to media, but not for me. She should be arrested. I don't know why police are still hesitant to arrest her, he said. 

The producer also said that he is not saying this in vengeance to Dileep's comment that it was Basheer who trapped the actor.

"I had stated about Dileep's role on the third day of the attack itself. I had even said that Mammootty is the only person who could prevent the arrest of Dileep. He was not arrested during initial months as they were successful in creating a good impression before the Chief Minister, Basheer said.

"There is no doubt that Kavya was involved in the quotation. Dileep and Kavya hate Manju Warrier and assaulted actress to the same extent. They also hate Geethu Mohandas and Samyukta Varma. All these actresses were close friends in the beginning. It was after Manju's divorce that they split. Dileep and Kavya took revenge after his divorce from Manju Warrier. Both Kavya and Dileep are equally involved in the case," Basheer said.
