Fahadh, Madhavan to work with Mani Ratnam?

Rumour mills are abuzz with the news that ace director Mani Ratnam's next movie is likely to feature R Madhavan and Fahadh Faasil in the lead.

 Madhavan had previously worked  with the film maker for Alaipayuthey, Kannathil Muthamittal and Aayutha Ezhuthu. 

Though the news is yet to confirm officially, a source close to the filmmaker said that he had not finalised the cast. "He is in talks with a few actors including Madhavan, but hasn't signed anyone yet," the source said. 

The source also confirmed that it wouldn't be a romantic flick. "Mani sir is exploring a different genre, and it won't be a romantic flick. The film is also likely to feature two male protagonists," the source said. 

Madhavan had earlier said that he is not sure about doing chocolate boy roles anymore. 

Cinematographer Santosh Sivan will do the camera for the movie, and this is the sixth time he is associating with Mani Ratnam, and the shooting is slated to roll in September.
