Is suicide threat the reason why Dileep cannot be taken out of jail?

After failed publicity stunts, the fans, friends and close associates of actor Dileep now seem to be busy preparing for an outrage in support of the actor. State intelligence wing has warned police that those supporting the actor are likely to take the law into their hands if Dileep is brought out of jail one more time. 

The intelligence wing had also reportedly warned police that the fans might even attempt suicide in a bid to garner public sentiment in favour of the actor. #ISupportDileep campaign had earlier reached such a fever pitch that the pro-active steps towards glorification of the accused even invited legal attention.

The social media space had been bombarded with messages supporting the actor. Those favouring the actor even unleashed a public relations campaign aiming at tilting the scales of perception in favour of Dileep on social media.

Following intelligence report, Kerala police approached the Angamaly Magistrate court that they would not be able to present the actor in person before the court on July 25, the day on which his remand period ends. Considering security issues, the judge directed officials to make necessary arrangements and to use video conferencing to present the actor before the court.
