Dileep unlikely to approach Supreme Court soon?

The verdict of Kerala High Court on Dileep's bail petition is out, and the single bench has rejected his plea stating the case as unique. Referring to various evidence that prosecution presented against the actor, the bench also said that the courts have to be circumspect in granting bail in such cases. 

Earlier, there were reports that Dileep is planning to approach even the Supreme Court seeking bail, as he was advised to get out of jail before his absconding manager got arrested. 

However, the High Court has raised serious assertions in its order dismissing his bail plea. There are over 12 charges against the actor, including rape and abduction, and with the High Court pointing out such serious findings, the actor is unlikely to approach Supreme Court soon. 

1. There is prima facie evidence to prove the involvement of actor in the conspiracy. 

2. The case is unique considering its seriousness and meticulous planning and cruel nature of execution. 

3. As the crime was executed wreak vengeance on a woman by engaging criminals to sexually abuse her, courts have to be circumspect in granting bail.

4. Crucial material evidence, the mobile phone and memory card are missing. 

5. The memory card is a potential threat to the life of the victim, and there is the possibility of accused interfere in investigation and prosecution with the card. 

6. The investigation is still progressing and is at a crucial stage. 

7. Dileep's manager Appunni is still missing and Pratheesh Chacko, the lawyer of Pulsar Suni, is to be effectively questioned. 

8. The possibility of effectively implicating other persons in crime has not been ruled out by the police. Dileep must be wielding considerable command in the industry and possibility of him threatening witnesses cannot be ruled out. 

9. There is evidence to prove that relationship of Dileep with assaulted actress was strained as he believed that the victim spoiled his family life by conveying information about him to the former wife. 

10. Dileep met Pulsar Suni in five different specified places where the conspiracy was hatched. Hotel records prove that Dileep met Suni there and allegedly instructed him to commit the act and offered a huge amount.
