Angamaly Magistrate Court has once again denied bail to actor Dileep who is accused of taking part in the conspiracy that led to attack of actress.

The court had earlier denied bail to the actor stating that the case is a rare one and by denying bail the bench is setting an example to all those who commit similar crimes.

The actor had approached High Court twice, but the court denied him bail stating that the actor is likely to tamper with the evidence and is likely to influence witness.

This is the fourth time that the actor is denied bail and that too stating the same reasons.

Denying bail the court agreed to the arguments put forward by the prosecution and said that allowing him to get out of the jail will affect the probe in the case. Prosecution had said that the contentions raised by the accused is not something to be putforward during trial and not while seeking bail.

Dileep, in her bail plea, had stated that the only charge that is likely to exist against him is that he asked Pulsar Suni for the nude pictures of the actress, for which he cannot be kept in custody for more than 60 days. The bail plea also states that the charge of gang rape will not stand and hence the actor should be granted bail.
