With the High Court denying bail for the second time, Dileep is left with two options. He can either approach High Court, but the chances are very less as the case might come under the consideration of the same bench, which is not likely to change its order. Another option is to approach Supreme Court through Special Leave Petition.

The actor is also likely to get out of jail after 90 days, within which the police is supposed to submit chargesheet. Once the chargesheet is filed, current arguments like the actor are likely to tamper evidence and influence witnesses, or his release will affect investigation will not be valid in court.

However, if latest reports are to be believed police have got crucial evidence to prove the role of the actor in the conspiracy that led to the attack on the actress and the investigation officials will make sure that Dileep won't easily escape the hands of the law.
