Dileep admits to asking Pulsar Suni for actress' video clip, claims report

FollowIn what could be a major breakthrough in the probe into the Kochi actress attack case, Dileep has reportedly admitted to the police that he had asked Pulsar Suni for compromising visuals of the actress.
Dileep, arrested on charges of conspiracy, has admitted to the probe team that he had offered Suni money to get nude visuals of the actress but he was never part of a conspiracy to kidnap and attack her, according to news reports. Asianet Newsable could not independently verify the report.
According to the report, Suni had lied to Dileep that he and the actress were "close", giving Dileep the impression that Suni could record intimate moments of her without force. The report claims that Dileep told the police he never gave a quotation to kidnap and assault the actress.
The report claims Dileep believed that since the actress was close to Suni, she would never complain to the police if the visuals were leaked. Allegedly, when Suni asked Dileep if he would be in trouble once the video clip was out, Dileep told him to pretend that it was leaked when he gave his mobile for servicing.
It is also understood that Dileep asked for the visuals of the actress not to blackmail her but to cause her public embarrassment, as he had held a grudge against her for allegedly ruining his first marriage.
