Who would have thought Mumbai Indians would struggle to reach a total of 143 and that too at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru? This has definitely not happened before in Bangalore as the pitch is popular for assisting the batsmen.

Mumbai Indians innings started falling down like a house of cards, courtesy the leg spinner from Trinidad and Tobago - Samuel Badree. He picked up the first hat-trick of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017 and 15th in the history of the tournament.

Parthiv Patel, Mitchell McClenaghan and Rohit Sharma were his victims in the fourth over of the innings. Badree also dismissed Nitish Rana in the last ball of his spell. He finished with the figures of 4-0-9-4.
