Delhi Daredevils (DD) notched up a massive win against Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) in Match no. 9 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017 at the Maharashtra Cricket Association in Pune on Tuesday. Delhi Daredevils thumped Rising Pune Supergiant by 97 runs. 

 

Kerala boy Sanju Samson's whirlwind century and Chris Morris' late blitzkrieg helped the Daredevils to notch up a massive total of 205 runs in 20 overs. RPS never really looked like to be in the game as they kept on loosing wickets at regular intervals and eventually getting bundled out for a paltry total of 108 runs. 

 

A number of interesting statistics were recorded during this match. Here are some interesting statistics from the RPS vs DD match:

 

## Sanju Samson became the second youngest cricketer to score a century in the IPL (22Y 151 D). The youngest is still Manish Pandey (19 Y 253 D).
